Minor alcohol, the cop didn't read my rights? situation inside?

so i was caught drinking on Saturday with an 0.17, the cop didn't give a me a ticket or nothing, he said that we will get a report in the mail within a month, right when he saw me he cuffed me without asking any questions, then after i was cuffed he started asking questions like "have u been drinking? have u been smoking marijuana? how old are you? why did u run? (which i didn't i walked up to the cop on my own accord) who were you with? what house were you in?" then he put me in his car, made me take the breathalyser test, un-cuffed me and took me home as im 16. now he didn't read me my rights at all, and im sure all those questions were related to the crime and they basically did incriminate me, so do i have a lope hole or any leverage at all against the charge? which is a minor consumption of alcohol.
