You have to say, "Mom,Dad..the diary you read..It's fake.I wrote that stuff for fun and other reasons i can't even explain..I swear I didn't do anything! I'm sorry! I'm not dumb enough to do drugs or anything like that!" and just explain it to them,and don't seem angry or scared or anything because they will most likely think your lying...Hope I helped!
