An investment company that is ready and willing to invest in Nigeria(Kogi State) to start up oilmill factory.?

I want a company that will come down to Nigeria in a state called Kogi to build a palm oil factory to enable business flow in the state and state government will be ready to invite the company if found. There is also availability of raw material for a start and an available land will be provided as demand by the company. Thanks awaiting your reply.
