Ebay:Can I relist item that has bid but no reply or payment from buyer?

There was someone from Nigeria who put bid on my item.I tried to contact buyer but he didn't reply.I didn't get any payments for about 3 days.I don't have much time so I would like to repost this item and find another buyer.My question is.Is it okay to do according to policy?Or I have to wait longer?I don't want to report this buyer,I just want to find more responsive buyer.
